My Story
I wasn't trying to create a method. I was trying to survive a season that felt emotionally overwhelming. Fear ruled my thoughts. Anxiety shaped my days. I loved God, but internally I felt unstable, exhausted, and spiritually disconnected.
Then something unexpected happened.
What began as a simple practice of immersing myself in Scripture slowly became something far deeper than I anticipated.
God's Word didn't just encourage me.
It began renewing the way I thought.
The verses I repeated became anchors. My reactions changed. My fears lost authority. Peace became more natural. Scripture stopped feeling distant and started becoming alive.
And over time, that transformation opened the door to deeper healing, prayer, surrender, intimacy with God, and learning what it truly means to live led by the Spirit instead of driven by fear.
That journey eventually became Scripture Girl.

CONTINUE THE JOURNEY
What surprised me most was that Scripture memory didn't just help me feel better emotionally. It began changing what I focused on, what I believed, and eventually how I lived.
For the first time, God's Word stopped feeling distant or theoretical. As I meditated on Scripture daily, it created space for God to reach places in me that fear, striving, distraction, and survival mode had occupied for years.
That journey eventually led me deeper into prayer, surrender, fasting, listening to the Holy Spirit, and learning what it means to live from God's presence instead of constant anxiety and mental noise.
I began realizing something important:
God's Word is powerful not only because it is true, but because it redirects your attention back toward Him.
What fills the mind eventually shapes the heart.
What shapes the heart eventually shapes the life.
Scripture memory became the catalyst that helped awaken a much deeper spiritual transformation in me — one that is still continuing today.
That ongoing journey is what Scripture Girl is really about.
